While we continue to experience this difficult time of uncertainty due to the COVID-19, we would like to reassure you of GAP LIGHTING’s position.

FOLLOWING GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES

We are taking this matter very seriously and we are following the UK Government and Public Health England (PHE) guidance. We have implemented the following measures throughout our UK business:

HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELLBEING

Our ultimate priority is the safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers, and therefore we have taken certain measures to ensure their safety. Many of our employees are now home-working where possible. All exhibitions and trade events have been postponed and new dates can be seen on our website. https://gaplighting.co.uk/events/

We are pleased to announce that our showroom is now open by appointment only, and we look forward to welcoming you back. Please call our sales office to make an appointment and please note that can allow no more than 2 persons per appointment. We have introduced and increased a regular cleaning regime throughout our offices and warehouses, and we have hand sanitation stations in place. We are also adhering to strict social distancing.

CONTINUING TO TRADE

We are continuing to deliver a high level of service and to ensure that all orders are completed on the day they are received. We are also continuing to support our customers with projects, our bespoke striplighting service, lighting design, and technical advice where needed.

STOCK AND DELIVERY

We are pleased to be able to ensure our customers that we are fully stocked with over 95% of products on our shelves. Our couriers are operating as normal a next day delivery service, and we can deliver direct to site where needed.

OPEN HOURS AND COLLECTIONS

We are operating regular open hours 8:30 pm – 5:30 pm. Should you prefer to collect your order, please call ahead to let us now that you are coming.
